Agrecol Trees planted since January 2021
Communities involved in Cochabamba (Bolivia)
Our goal is simple: fight the climate crisis and support Bolivian agroecological farmers!
The trees will grow healthy and without any synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, managed with love and consolidated agroecological practices.
They will help fight the climate crisis and, with the first fruits after three years, they will become an extra source of income for local agroecological producers.
Once you finalize your order, you will become an official tree donor. We will collect the selected seedling from a local nursery in Cochabamba (in the Andean region of Bolivia) and deliver it to an agroecological farming community supervised by our business partner AGRECOL Andes.
The leader of that farming community will then pass the seedling to one of the community members that volunteered to adopt the trees.
Every tree is co-owned by the tree donor and tree guardian. The tree is labelled with an identity card specifying the order and donation number, the tree species, location, and the tree guardian name.
Every tree is finally geolocated and photographed, and photos and details are sent to the tree donor to monitor its growth throughout the year until the first fruits appear.
